Kick Off Your Day
We often start our day with a fitness circuit designed for all skill and fitness levels. You’ll enjoy moving at your own pace, using weights that suit you, and pushing yourself only as far as you’re comfortable. It’s all about having a great time without competition.
Cafe O’Clock
After our physical activities, we often gather at a café—not just for the coffee or milkshakes, but to build our social skills. Even introverts find it easy to chat, thanks to the shared exercise experience, and it's a great opportunity to discuss the day's highlights.
Did Someone Say ‘Social Time’?
When the afternoon comes around, we’ve moved and we’ve socialised so it’s probably time for something a bit relaxing. Maybe we will go out to a movie together or go to the shops. Will check out what your interests are and match our activity to something you can really enjoy.
What?? Is It Really Over?
At the end of the day, we had such a good time that we don’t want it to end. Luckily, next week we will do it all again. We’ll hang out with the same great people and build our friendships. See you next week.
