Guys Programs & Girls Programs
Boot camps should be a great time to stretch ourselves, not to feel self-conscious. That’s why there are specific, separate programs for young guys and young women. It means everyone can feel comfortable and supported, without worrying about needing to impress others.
Therapist-Guided Recovery - Massage & Breathwork
We work hard, and then we recover well so we can do it again the next day. Massage frees up our muscles and helps us stretch healthily. Breath work is a skill that supports a strong exercise, but also during times in life where we feel nervous or anxious. These are life skills that help us after we’ve gone home.
Shopping For Nutrition & Fun
What shall we cook up for dinner? It’s all about building life skills, so let’s make a plan and head to the shops.
We’ll balance some good nutrition skills with some fun desserts - because we're learning to make great choices that will pay off and still spark joy.
